i’m creating a site that uses the external swf tutorial on this site…it works great! the only thing is…certain functions such as my contact mail form, do not work when i use the form from within the main page of the site. however, it does work, if i view the swf alone on the server.
is it because the form uses php and that cannot be read from the swf when in the main page? i’ve noticed sometimes certain functions don’t work when in this situation.
oh, my second question is that i found a tutorial on this site for a photo gallery which loads in each image separately. it uses xml however. is there a way to do this using just actionscript? any links to tutorials or articles would be much appreciated!
