what i am trying to do is basically combine the photogallery tutorial that kirupa did, with an xml menu similar to the xml menu that senocular did. instead of using thumbnails, i have a movieclip that i use as the base of the button, and in the movieclip is a dynamic text box that i want to display the title of the image. but i need the buttons to be created in run time, pulling all of the info from the xml menu. i suck at actionscript, so it would be pointless for me to show you the code that i have done, becuase it really does not work. let me know if this needs to be explained better.
any help would be appreciated. i am not really asking for someone to do this for me, but mainly lead me into a direction that i can understand.
