[FMX] Font problems

A friend of mine has some font problems in Flash MX. He’s using a font called Boya Display Caps SSi, and which is by default white with a black shadow. The problem is that every time he writes the letter “M”, the entire letter tunrs black every time he exports or teste the film, or tries to break it apart. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Hi,
The reson it turns black when broken apart is that the lines on the M are in fact broken, thus when breaking apart the white space will fill up with the colour. Don’t know why this should happen in publish mode if not broken apart.
btw you need to magnify by about 400% to see the break.
