wonder if anyone can help,
I have a parent swf that has a menu system that contains some btns that when clicked then loads subsquent swf into a loader_mc that is sitting on the stage.
The issue i’m having is that the menu animation initiation (it slides into view from the bottom of the stage when the _ymouse > 590 ) is unresponsive when the swf has successfully been loaded into the loader_mc clip.
I was thinking… do i need to set some sort of focus to retain the menu animation? how would this affect how the cursor would then react to buttons, etc in the swf that is now in the loader_mc.
make sense?
perhaps if anyone knows how the focus stuff works in actionscript. The code I think is from Flash MX.
