Follow Mouse Tutorial @ Kirupa

Hello,

I found this tutorial http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash5/follow.htm and is wondering if I could limit the area where the clip can follow? I’m planning to have my cartoon’s EYEBALLS follow the mouse move.
