Hey Guys & Gals,
I’m having some serious issues with embedded fonts in AS3 movies in Flash CS3. Whenever I embed a particular font and create a dynamic TextField via actionscript using the embedded font all of my static TextFields in the movie revert to using the device font.
These are text fields I created on the stage not in actionscript. Why/How is this happening? I’m at a loss as to what to do. It’s rather frustrating, and I’d really like to not have to create ALL of my text in actionscript.
I’ve included a simple example file showing my problem.
