I’ve had this problem for a while and I need to resolve it. It seems to be a bug maybe with the Flash GUI.
This has happened with multiple fonts but I’m going to use HelvitaNeueLT as an example. I have this whole typeface installed on my windows machine. When I load up Flash and look for HelvitaNeueLT Bold in the font dropdown, it’s no where to be found. If I was to use just HelvitaNeueLT and click the bold button, it’s not the same.
Now when I go into my fonts folder in windows, and remove HelvitaNeueLT, the bold version shows up in flash as HelvitaNeueLT. So it’s fine if I only need one or the other, but I usually need both.
If anyone has any idea on how to fix this it would be great. thanks in advance!
