For those of you on a mac that have earnestly tried both

… Coda or Espresso?

Both have a few great features I like… and each have a few quirks / problems…

Coda doesn’t have an auto-upload (on save) option, and espresso’s auto-upload is apparently unreliable… Coda allows you to edit directly on the server, while Espresso contains everything in structured projects… Neither allow you to modify the sorting of files (i.e., folders at the top, etc). Also, because Coda doesn’t use project structures, there’s no way to search beyond the scope of a document… But the CSS editor is kinda cool if you’re not trying to work quickly…

All of this is in comparison to something like, say, Eclipse that just feels overly verbose on my Mac… Haven’t tried Mac Dreamweaver yet…

What say you?
