Form in flash

Hi,

wondering if we could send feedback forms using flash the way that we send using form in HTML? (If yes) how do i go about using actionscript in my feedback form to include those close ended fields (eg. Gender: Male | Female) (the Male and Female text are 2 separate movie clip files), so that upon clicking submit, the chosen field in the above mention will be included inside the results emailed?

I refers to http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/flash_php_email.htm. Was wondering if these could be done: instead of just purely open ended qns, could i have close ended qns lk those i mentioned above (Gender: Male | Female) (as mentioned, both are separate movie clips - text will be highlighted when selected)? How do i modify the php script so as to detect those close ended qns so as to include inside the email to be sent?
