Hello,
I am designing a restaurant menu that has the menu item listed to the left with a brief description of the item followed by the price of the item aligned to the right side of my window. I am loading the text dynamically from .txt file and have formatted it with HTML tags. My problem is,…I cannot seem to find a way to align the “price only” to the right side of my movie. I have tried to use spaces to push the “price” to the right but, this does not seem optimal way to format. Is there a way to align specific text to the right? I do not want to use
tags because I only want the “price” to be set to the right. Here is an example of what I am trying to do…(note: (prices must be aligned to the right edge of the document)
Mongolian Beef $6.25
Cantonese Duck $6.25
Snap Peas $4.95
here is my .txt file…
menulist = Mongolian Beef$6.25
Cantonese Duck$6.25
Snap Peas$4.95
So, just to clarify…I need to align the prices to be set to the right. I know Flash MX is limited to certain tags. Is it possible to format the prices only to be aligned to the right?
Thank you in advance…
