I’ve been getting access to the great tutorials on here recently but I’ve found that they have stopped just short of taking me to the conclusion of my project.
I’ve followed the tutorials on loading text into a scrolling dynamic text box from an external txt file. Works beautifully. I’ve also managed to mask the resulting scroll text.
I now want to be able to format the text before it is called in from the txt file. I thought that the answer would be embedding tags into the text file. But I can’t find anything relevant except for css styles. Well they’re fine but I need to pre-format the .txt file not format once the data loads.
Can anyone help?
