Forms?

Is there any good tutorials someone can share that tell you how to make forms in Flash MX??? I need so people can feel out information and join my organization with their info being sent to me.

haha thanks, a lot of people have asked me about my footer so I made a sample file which gives you an idea of how to start it, it’s just simple tweens with rotations using an image I made in photoshop. Here is the thread where I posted my sample fla, enjoy. =)
