Anyone know a simple way of creating a form that can be exported as a flash 4 or 5 .swf?
I basically just want one where someone can fill in their email address and a message.
Any ideas?

The method should be the same no matter what aside from using any components (which it doesn’t sound like you will really need, you can find a non-component up/down scroller tutorial at kirupa.com).
