When designing a forum, which system do you think is best? Tiered (example: www.digg.com) or chronological (almost all other forums such as Kirupa)? Tiered gets rid of the problem of massive amounts of quoting. Chronological helps give a sense of who said what when (obviously). What are your thoughts?
