I need a new style template created using the images and style of this skin. I also need the vBulletin Welcome panel modification or hack from vbulletin.org installed. I have all the images. I just need someone to create the skin files for me and install the mod and template.
You will be part 50% upfront and 50% on successfull completion, you will get all the money, we will use msn chat to solve any problem or solution in which you can ask me and show me what you are doing if you are un sure of how I want certian things to be done.
