FPS of imported movie clip

I’m having the strangest problem this morning…

I imported a movie clip into my movie, which is set at 60 FPS, and when the movie clip played, it played at a default FPS of 12, while the rest of the movie played properly. Is there an action I can place to force it to be consistent and play at the 60 FPS I designated for the whole document??
