Free mp3 loops?

Does anyone know where i could get free mp3 loops to use as background music on a website?

I’m kinda looking for something subtle and soothing :+)

If there is no such place, can anyone recommend any software that i should use to get started making my own?

to make decent music yourself, you’ll need a sequencer (e.g. cubase), and a bunch of virtual/real synths.
if you can give me an example of what you want, i’ll make you a loop.
