Free Transform Tool Bounding Box Problem

Hello!
Iā€™m having problems with the Free Transform Tool in Flash CS4, I will show you with images because my english is terrible :stuck_out_tongue:

How you can see the bounding box changes when I deselect the shape an select it again. How can I preserve the original bounding box?
