As you may know, my name is Colin, but I will not be the one designing for you. Story is, I’ve been asked to help someone get on his feet. He’s doing some freelance designing. At the end of this you will see a link to his portfolio. If you give it a little time and look into it, he’s got some pretty good talent. Every template or forum skin he does is hand sliced and coded for you. He also works with Flash for graphics desgin and very basic Actionscript.
