Can anybody give some link where flash freelance work can be done and the membership/registration is free and will be charged **fees **only at the time of completing the job.
I know two; and they are

There is **Elance **also but they charged some fees at the time of creating profile but I need those sites who does not charge at the beginning only take a charge at the time of completing/starting a work.
