He has been having problems with when he goes online the RAM using 128MB of 256MB that he has. Before he knows it, his computer lags and doesnt functuon correctly.
He said that he has ran sypbot and virus scan.
The virus scan found 2 suspicious files. Im not sure what he has done with them.
