We are a highly respected and fast moving interactive agency of over 60 staff based in our own building in the Notting Hill area. We are growing our front end development team and looking for a great Front End developer to join our team on a full-time basis working on a range of high-end Blue Chip client projects. You will be part of a friendly tech-focused team of developers designers account handlers and project managers and you will have a minimum of 3 years industry experience.
You will be able to:
a) Code HTML by hand with applications such as Notepad or Ultraedit32 without the need of a WYSIWYG editor
b) Work from layered PSD files cropping and optimizing the images for web use.
c) Make a positive contribution to client projects
We offer a starting salary of £33K - £35K depending on experience 31 days annual holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas) and investment in your skills and technical knowledge
You will be fully experienced in:
a) CSS 23 with a minimum of 3 years commercial experience
b) Photoshop - 3 years’ experience
c) Full and current knowledge of W3C guidelines - you will know the basic HTML requirements for A AA and AAA sites.
d) Hand-coding table-based Html Newsletters
e) JavaScriptJQuery: 3 years
f) Experience of working with various CMS an advantage
g) Flash design or action scripting experience a distinct advantage
h) Able to code by hand in a text editor
i) Cross browser proficiency a must
