I need help in resolving this. I’ve tried different methods and it just does make sense. These 2 website below are the examples.

Both website used only 1 swf file for the html. However when I resize the window everything moves expect for the top left corner remains unchanged. Is it some kind of script in the flash file?
I’ve tried using levels and it didnt work.
Can anyone help me and tell me why is it so?
