I am trying to build a fullsreen preloader…I found an fla around here…
So the loading bar loads fullsreen but its not smooth…I want to apply some easing equations but the result is not good…also when the preloader is 100 i want to scale to y axis 150px…I found a bunch of tutorials for smooth preloader but not for fullscreen…
anyone has an idea?
