I’m trying to work out how to make a web site similar to http://www.ronpaulnation.com/tv.html.
As far as the full-screen Flash and navigation goes I think I’ve got a good idea of how to create it, but I was wondering how the video-playing system they have works? The videos are full screen, play very quickly and seem to be on separate HTML pages. When a video is clicked the URL changes to it, for example:
“http://www.ronpaulnation.com/tv.html#ron_paul_tv_ad_3”
“http://www.ronpaulnation.com/tv.html#spoon”
“http://www.ronpaulnation.com/tv.html#calling_all_paulites_remember_the_fifth_of_november”
Are these videos streaming, or what? What’s with the URL change?
I know how to embed FLVs and all… but this system seems new to me, and different, and I would really like to know how it’s done.
