Generate html file from swf

Hi.
I have like 200 folders that contains each a swf file:
For example:

  • folder 0001/0001.swf
  • folder 0002/0002.swf
    …
  • folder 0200/0200.swf

I would like to create for each swf file an html file.
How from a swf file I can create automatically an html file ?
