Hi,
I am creating my first full flash site, but i am having difficulties getting the frame rate consistent across different systems.
The site’s framerate acts very differently on different systems. On this system (AMD 1.1ghz, Geforce3) the transitions are slow but the rest of the movie is fast, but on other systems i am testing it on which are all higher spec than this one (Intel 2.6ghz, Geforce4), the transitions are fast as hell but the rest of the movie is choppier! I’ve got no idea why this happens.
All systems are using the latest flash player.
I am tweening everything with code except for one object that is path tweened. (I couldn’t figure out how to tween this with code)
Also, in the flashMX internal player, the site runs faster than when it’s published in a browser.
Anyone got any tips or just hints as to why this occurs?
