Getting a movie to play on a mouse click

Hi, I am doing a drop down menu, I have a menu button, and when the user clicks it, i want the options to be displayed. I have done my options movie, and dragged it onto stage, how do i set this clip to invisable and what is the actionscript for making it visible when i hit the menu button.
