i made such form as is in this tutorial on kirupa site … and it works nice but only once i am puttin 1 option then 2 and 3 and click submit button and it works … when i wanna do this second time it gives me error that he cant find such vars … and he is sengin nothing … what cen be a problem ?
and the second ask is how to do hiden var sending with this form … ?
