Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 - New motherboard

I’m getting a new motherboard for two reasons. One, my current motherboard is dead. Two, I’m getting rid of my Dual Xeon system and getting a Core 2 Duo system. Anyhow. I’m looking at this board:
