Basically I want to be able to watch a FLV, review it and be able to approve it by designating a valid url.
This is a promotion that users will be able to send their videos (cell phone) to a database and this application will be used to scan the files (for explicit and prohibited content). Once they pass they will be available for people to download. I ONLY need the application to review and pass a valid URL. The rest will be handled by someone else.
