I’d like to recreate the effect on this site:

where it says " roberto cavalli" at the top of the page, there is a repeating effect on it. you have to click through the intro but once you get to the site at the top is what I’d like to recreate. Anyone have any ideas on how this is done??
ps. it happens as soon as you load into the main content and then takes a few seconds before repeating.
