Flash Developer
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes Flash - a true expert. You will work along side other developers and product management, with the core mission of continuing to improve the user experience of our products and service. You will be an integral part of the team building cutting-edge, high-volume, web 2.0 services. You should have a passion for the web, media, innovative design and creating great user experiences. [] Use Flash to develop and deploy cutting edge functionality
[]Design user interfaces that scale and extend elegantly
[]Energetically contribute and deliver product, service, and business-improvement ideas

[]Extensive software development experience, focused on Flash development with ActionScript 2.0, including advanced OOP concepts as it applies to creating unique and cutting edge user interfaces and multimedia experiences.
[]Solid knowledge of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns, and experience utilizing them in a variety of programming languages
[]Previous experience with development of complex online Flash applications that interface with a web backend through well-defined APIs
[]Well-versed in commercial software development processes and understand how to apply those to Flash projects
[]Strong visual design skills and a proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator or similar program
[]Knowledge of .NET and/or PHP development
[]Ability to be self-directed and contribute meaningfully to a team with minimal management oversight, while taking pride in your work
[]Ability to juggle several projects at once in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
