An Internet Explorer change that may require minor fixes to your website
You may have heard about a modification Microsoft is making to Internet Explorer that may affect how visitors experience your site. (Visit Microsoft to find out more and download a version of the browser specifically for developers to test code.) If HTML files on your site embed content using object, embed, or applet tags, you may need to make some straightforward changes to the code. These tags are often used for Flash, Shockwave, Authorware, Windows Media Player, QuickTime, RealAudio or RealVideo content, Java applets, or other ActiveX controls.

Any change takes work, but by making minor changes to the way web pages are coded, webmasters, businesses, and individuals can ensure that their
websites will continue to provide the same great experiences to visitors.
