I have a question relating to optimization.
Specifically, I have noticed that when running multiple SWFs simultaneously on my PC, the SWFs freeze each other up quite a bit. In fact, I cant run simultaneous copies of the same animation smoothly at all. The SWFs basically cripple each other when cycling thru their higher bandwidth sections of the movies. My machine is very fast as well(dual 2.8 chips) and has ample RAM(3G). The main SWF in question (built w/MX 2004) is only 14K. And although it does load external SWFs, none of them are any larger than 6KB.
Does anyone a have any wisdom on how to work around this problem??
Is there any known way to address this issue?
