Trying to make one guest book with php (not with mysql) and so far for the last two months the result is zero for me. You can see it here
Now I am trying to make it with this fla and php file but after uploading the same I got this error each time.

Though I filled all the fields properly.
Can anyone solve this problem for me Sir.
I am using flash 8 .
