Guidance needed in design process

Here’s the situation; I’ve been working on a site in Photoshop, and I’ve done something better than I thought I could do. Now I don’t know what to do without screwing it all up. What would you guys suggest I do from where I am at now? Right now this is just a PSD file, so things like “make the links bounce” really won’t help. Thanks!
