it’s been a while since I’ve come here, nice to be back. I’m currently putting together my portfolio and decided to use flash for the job. I started off well but have come up against the following problem:
I want to put tool tips on the thumbnails and got my head around to do this on static objects but the actionscript I’m using to do this(http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/captions2.htm) is conflicting with the elastic motion script i’m using for the thumbnail motion.
That is a bit odd - I’m re-attaching your FLA, one example of a button that doesn’t work (not sure why) and more importantly, one example of a button that does. You should be able to reproduce your results accordingly…
