HELP: Does ANCHORS work on OUTLOOK for MAILERS?

Hi,

I made some mailers for my website and I was wondering if ANCHORS work when viewing the MAILERS using OUTLOOK. The last time I checked, it’s not. I’m using OUTLOOK 2007 at home.
