I need some help in using flash cs3 + xml + actionScript 2.0

I wanaa make a flash project Like this @ this link

the images , text , and sound < all this is outside flash (out swf file )
he is using something 2 load this files (img+txt+sound) from outside flash
and make a smiple effect on image & txt
and he make a control bar 4 all movie
