HELP:How can i call swf's instances from another swf

I’ve got TOOLBAR.SWF dynamicly loaded into my MAIN.SWF

the TOOLBAR.SWF has got navigation buttons

how can I call those buttons(or symbol instances, or labeled fra…) from MAIN.SWF do something in the MAIN.SWF
