Help in flash with buttons!

ok im tryin to make buttons in flash i made a navigation but like

i have a button saying mens and ladies

on my mens when someone click over it i want more buttons to come down like
jeans
shirts
shoes

then for ladies i want to do the same thing can anyone help me with my problem i would appreciate it a lot and thanks for all your time. <:}
