Making the box rotate when a button is clicked can be done simply in FLASH. However, the 3D part, I think it would be done by a third party software like 3D MAX or others out there. Export it from 3D MAX then import it to your Flash movie. From there, you can control it’s rotation through AcitonScripts.
That’s my opinion.
