Help! mouse trailer doesn't work

Hi guys,

I’ve been working on this java script to create a mouse trailer (text follows mouse pointer).

I still can’t find out, how come the trailer only appears outside the flash movie.

Anybody can help me?

  1. I know you didn’t ask my opinion, but that usually doesn’t stop me :wink: Mouse Following text gets annoying real fast and is considered very tacky by many many people. Its one of those “just because you can, doesn’t mean you should” deals.

  2. Now to tell you the problem. Browsers put flash on a higher level actual HTML/Javascript/DHTML content. So when your mouse is over the Flash movie, it doesn’t register the Javascript muose follow, but when your mouse is over the HTML part, it works just fine. I don’t know of a solution around this.
