Help On a tag board

I have been making a site for some time now , and have gone on sites and seen a tag board where you type your message in and it reloads the page with your message appeard in the box I really want to do this could any one tell me how? or you could give me the HTML code:thumb:

if you dont know what i mean look at this site and it is on the side , its like a little message box http://www.sticksuicide.com

To use a tagboard, you would need to go the site that created the tagboard. For example, here is a good site: http://www.zonkboard.com
