Is it possible to add a preloader to a html site?

Actually, u asked for an HTML preloader.

i know but i want to add it to my html site. but i have some flash on it that lags my site.

Well that is what a preloader on a flash file does.

If you put a preloader on your Flash file you shouldn’t have that problem.
