Is there anyone that can help me make a text scrollbar NOT using the UIScrollbar! I have been trying to figure this out for a while. Please help!!! Every tutorial I have used has had something wrong in the directions or something I am not looking to do. Just let me know which ActionScript to use 2 or 3.
