ok so i found a tut for shooting but its not quite what i want. its cool but i kinda want to make a two player one so mouse clicking wont work. here’s the link if anyone wants it http://mibbygames.com/wordpress/?page_id=85
what i want is a basic jumping sidescroller engine. but when you press a specified key that player shoots the direction he is facing. i have made something similar but i dont know how to make the gun actually shoot so it became more like a sword.
so if anyone knows how to make a gun shoot the direction a character is facing, please enlighten me
