Hi everyone, this is my first post, but kirupa.com looks to be a great resource. I already followed a great “how to pan an image in Flash” tutorial.
Anywhooo, I’m developing a site for a condo developer, and I’m having 3 issues I could really use a hand with. Note that all pages linked from nav are not developed yet.
Here’s the link: http://www.terraceview.ca/dev/estates/index.html

I have a movie on the home page of the site. Is there a way that if a user revisits the home page after looking at other content (meaning they have already watched the movie), the movie will load up at the last frame instead of the first frame? My idea was to actually create a different page (called home.html instead of index.html) and embad a slightly different version of the movie that on the first frame, forwarded to last frame and stopped. I couldn’t get this to work, however. Thoughts?

When I browse through different pages, each time an html page loads the flash content flashes white for a brief moment before it loads. How can I prevent this flickering? I thought it would happen the first time that content is loaded, but once it is in my cache shouldn’t this stop?

One the movie on the first page, some people in my office are telling me that the audio sounds better the second time they play the movie (by hitting the replay button). I can’t duplicate that scenario on my browsers - do any of you have this issue?
Thanks in advance for any help that you people can give me - I’m looking forward to being a part of this community!
