Help with a cs4 template

Hi all. I recently downloaded this template from a site and am editing it to suit my needs and am stuck. I have 2 problems.

  1. In the menu (home, gallery, investment, client proofing), when you put your mouse over the menu items, the yellow bar has an effect. When trying to change the size on the yellow bar, if I change it in say the home button, it changes it in all of the other buttons. So I have been unable to make the yellow bars with the effect match the size of the text in each menu item. Can anyone help me to achieve this? I can’t seem to figure it out.

  2. I need to add one more menu item at the end, “CONTACT”, but I can’t figure out how to do that either.

I am sort of a Flash newbie. I can edit some things, but have problems with others. I could probably never create a Flash animation on my own, hence using templates. I usually use Swish when I need to create something from scratch.

Can anyone help me in accomplishing these two tasks?
